Refund Policy

inPharmacyJobs (IPJ, offers an online, recurring fee based, recruitment advertising service for the pharmacy industry. IPJ service is delivered via online job postings that are purchased in 30 day increments by IPJ customers. inPharmacyJobs's commitment is to display purchased job-postings on, as well as distribution and/or promotion of all IPJ customer' job-postings across the "IPJ Power Network" as described on our website, inPharmacyJobs also provides access to our "Connect2Hire" technology for email blasts to the IPJ job-seeker database.

If IPJ does not fulfill its commitment to properly display customer job-postings on, and/or properly promote by the IPJ Power Network, or if the "Connect2Hire" email blast technology is not delivered as promised on, then IPJ will deliver a full refund of any fees associated with that 30 day period's related and purchased job-posting. The refund will be delivered to the IPJ customer within 30 days of the date that IPJ receives notice of its failure to fulfill its commitment described above.

Job-posting renewals

inPharmacyJobs job-postings are purchased and delivered in 30 day increments. At the time of purchase, IPJ customers are notified that the job-posting fee will automatically recur in 30 days (so that the job-posting may remain on the website, and the IPJ Power Network). The IPJ job-posting fee will recur every 30 days unless the IPJ auto-renewal feature is turned off. The auto-renewal feature may be turned off at any time at IPJ customer discretion by going to their "My Account" dashboard, and accessing the "Subscription" link. If the auto-renewal feature is turned off, the job-posting will be removed from, and the IPJ Power Network after the expiration of the original 30 day purchase.

If the auto-renewal feature is not turned off, then at every 30 day anniversary the IPJ customer will be notified via email that their subscription has been renewed for an additional 30 days. Again, this recurring fee may be terminated at any time by the IPJ customer via the "Subscription" link on the IPJ customer "My Account" page or by emailing inPharmacyJobs at

If after a subscription is renewed and the fee is charged at the 30 day anniversary, the IPJ customer decides that they no longer want to maintain their subscription, IPJ must be notified within 2 business days of their 30 day anniversary that the customer would no longer like to maintain their subscription, and they would like for their posting to be removed from and the IPJ Power Network immediately. If IPJ receives this notification within 2 business days of the anniversary, then IPJ will provide a full refund of the fee for that 30-day period will be refunded within 30 days.

inPharmacyJobs makes no representations or guarantees of effectiveness, candidate response or ability to hire as a result of the IPJ/Power Network job-posting, as many factors impact candidate response and IPJ customer's ability to recruit effectively.
