Pharmacy Technician / Patient Care Rep+ Manage inbound and outbound patient calls in a timely manner using audio/video technology+ Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer service.+ Seeks assistance with escalated issues involving patients or prescription guidelines from management.+ Attending educational seminars and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the company and position.+ Interacts with all internal and external customers in a positive and professional manner+ Document all call information according to standard operating procedures+ Utilizing software, databases, scripts and tools appropriately**Minimum Qualifications:**High School Diploma or equivalentCertified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Pharmacy Tech Trainee licenseStrong customer service background and problem solving skills**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**+ 2+ years of front-line call center experience preferred+ Healthcare background experience preferred+ Multi-lingual (Spanish and English) written and verbal is highly desirable**Schedule/Shift:**Hours of operation:Monday - Friday = 7:00 am - 7:00 pmSaturday & Sunday = 8:00 am - 6:00 pmHolidays: Open on Holidays (skeleton crew)All candidates need to be flexible to work any schedule during normal hours of operation.**Pay:**$18.00 - $21.00/hr**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
